Kneeling over her decoy, Padme's hair is on both sides of her shoulders. When she stands up, her hair is all on one side.

When Anakin is talking to Padme before going off in search of his mother on Tatooine, the positions of their shadows change between shots.

In the scene where Obi-Wan Kenobi is fighting Jango Fett in the rain, Jango Fett is toying with some crates outside of his ship when he first sees Obi-Wan. These crates disappear from Jango Fett's side in the next shot, and disappear completely from the platform for the rest of the scene.

When Anakin and Padme are back on Naboo in the lake country, he takes her fruit and proceeds to cut it. The initial cut is in the middle, however when he gives it back to her, he is giving her the end of the fruit.

In the night scene at the Naboo retreat (the black corset scene) the fire behind Amidala is inconsistent between shots.

When Padme is packing for her trip to Naboo, at one point she is in her closet holding a red garment. A moment later, when she places it in her case, it has changed color to blue.

At several points in the movie, characters are missing reflections and shadows.

The space traffic seen in the window of Palpatine's office repeats itself exactly during every scene, day or night.

When the gunships come down to save the Jedi there is a scene with Ki Adi Mundi, (the Jedi counsel member with the large egg shaped head and white beard) waving a GREEN lightsabre behide Amidala. In the next scene we see him with a BLUE lightsabre.

When Anakin and Padme get the message from Obi-Wan, just after Anakin found Shmi (his Mother), Obi told Anakin to transmit the message to Coruscant. Padme pushes a button to do it. After the messagge, Mace Windu told Anakin to stay at Tattoinne and protect the Senator, and Padme pushes exactly the same button to get the distance between Coruscant & Geonosis, and Taottoine & Geonosis. Pretty useful button, eh?
